At Forj CrossFit, our teen classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced young athletes. Our coaches guide every movement with proper technique, age-appropriate scaling, and encouragement, helping teens build confidence while staying safe and having fun.
Classes focus on strength, endurance, agility, and overall fitness in a positive and supportive community. Teens are encouraged to challenge themselves, grow their skills, and celebrate progress alongside their peers.
